A Community Brings A Vacant Lot Back To Life

A parking lot, had big dreams of becoming a building for elderly residents. The plans for the project fell apart and the lot became what the neighbohood began to refer to as ‘THE JUNGLE LOT”. If a parking lot had a choice in the matter this would be a very good story.
